Applied

Our recruitment team will review your application and if your experience matches our requirements at this time, we will share your CV with the Hiring Manager to review. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you directly. 
Stage 2

Review

Your application will be shared with the hiring manager for review. The Hiring Manager will be a Senior Manager, Director or Partner for the business area of the role which you have applied to 
Stage 3

Interview 1

A face-to-face or video interview will be organised with two members of the hiring team to learn more about you and your experience.

Stage 4

Assessment

A technical assessment will be sent to complete prior to the second interview.
Stage 5

Interview 2

A face-to-face interview will be organised with two members of the hiring team. During this stage you could be asked a number of technical questions relating to the role. 
The hiring team will provide further details on the firm culture, team and role expectations. 
Stage 6

Offer

You have been successful through the interview stages and we think you will be a great addition to our team at Moore Kingston Smith. The Recruitment Team will prepare an offer email outlining the details. 
Stage 7

Hired

A HR team will send an offer letter and contract, and begin the onboarding process.
