Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application

The first step is to apply!  You’ll answer some simple questions which are aligned with the requirements of the role. You will also be asked about what about the role and firm interests you - this is an opportunity for us to see your written communication skills and your motivation for the role. We recruit on a rolling basis, so would encourage you to apply at your earliest convenience to avoid missing out.
Stage 2

Interactive Assessment

If your application is progressed, we will reach out by inviting you to complete an interactive assessment online with more information on how to prepare and what to expect.
 
It is a combination of pre-recorded video questions and interactive tests. This is a great opportunity to help us get to know you better and assess your potential for the role. Think of it as a virtual cover letter!
Stage 3

Video Interview

This will be an online interview, with someone from the Early Talent Team. It will be a discussion of the skills you've developed, your understanding and interest in the day-to-day work of the role, and examples of times where you've demonstrated the competencies which are needed for the role you've applied for. 
Stage 4

Final Interview

The final stage of the process will be an in-person interview in the office you're being considered for, with 2 interviewers from the team! This will be a chance for them to get to know you and discuss your skills and aspirations, whilst also telling you about the firm,  the work that they do, and give you a look around the office!
