Application

Our recruitment team will review your application and if your experience matches our requirements at this time, we will share your CV with the Hiring Manager to review. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you directly

Stage 2

Review

Your application will be shared with the hiring manager for review. The Hiring Manager will be a Senior Manager, Director or Partner for the business area of the role which you have applied to

Stage 3

Recruiter Call

A member of the recruitment team will give you a call to confirm your interest in the role before booking you in for an interview.

Stage 4

Interview 1

You will attend our London office to discuss the role further. You will also be assessed for your technical knowledge and writing skills.

Stage 5

Interview

A face-to-face interview will be organised with two members of the hiring team. During this stage you will be asked further questions to assess your suitability for the role. You will also have the opportunity to learn further details about the firm culture, team and role expectations.

Stage 6

Offer

You have been successful through the interview stages and we think you will be a great addition to our team at Moore Kingston Smith. The Recruitment Team will prepare an offer email outlining the details.

Stage 7

Hired

A HR team will send an offer letter and contract, and begin the onboarding process.
