Stage 1

Phone Screen

Once we've reviewed your application, if your experience and skills look like a good fit, we'll arrange a call for you with the Hiring Manager to discuss your experience and the role in more detail.

Stage 2

Technical Interview

We'll invite you to our City office to meet with our Director of Cyber Services and Principal Cyber Security Consultant. Ahead of the interview, we'll ask you to prepare a presentation based on a technical brief provided in advance.

Stage 3

Final Interview

The final stage interview will focus on your career motivations, experience and approach to key competencies relevant to the role. This interview may be conducted either in person at one of our offices or via Microsoft Teams.

Stage 4

Offer

If you're successful, we'll contact you to discuss the offer, answer any questions you may have and guide you through the next steps, including pre-employment screening and onboarding.
