Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Application
The first step is to apply! You'll answer some simple questions aligned to the requirements of the role. We don't ask for a CV as previous industry experience isn't required. Instead, we want to understand your motivation for the profession, what interests you about the role, and why you'd like to join Moore Kingston Smith. This helps us focus on your potential and suitability for the opportunity rather than any prior work experience.
We recruit on a rolling basis and may close applications early if roles are filled, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
- Stage 2
Virtual Assessment
If your application is progressed, we'll invite you to complete a virtual assessment on HireVue. The assessment combines pre-recorded, competency-based video questions with a number of gamified tests.
The video questions give you the opportunity to share examples from your experiences, whether from education, work, volunteering, extracurricular activities or other areas of your life. We're interested in understanding your motivation for the profession, your strengths, and how you approach different situations and challenges.
This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you beyond your application and assess your potential for the role. Think of it as a virtual cover letter!

- Stage 3
Video Interview
This will be an online interview with a member of our Recruitment Team. We'll discuss your interest in the role and profession, what you've learned about the career path, and the skills you've developed through your studies, work experience, extracurricular activities or other experiences.
You'll also be asked competency-based questions, where you can share examples of situations that demonstrate the skills and behaviours we're looking for.

Final Interview
The final stage of the process is an in-person interview at the office you're being considered for, with two members of the team.
This is an opportunity for the team to get to know you better, discuss your skills, experiences and career aspirations, and learn more about what motivates you to pursue the profession.
It's also a chance for you to learn more about Moore Kingston Smith, the work the team does, and what a career with us could look like. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and take a look around the office, helping you decide whether we're the right fit for you too.

Offer & Onboarding
Following your final interview, a member of the Recruitment Team will be in touch to update you on the outcome of your application.
